Villacon is a family owned construction company built on over 30 years of hands on experience. We are a father and son team, supported by a close group of family members who all take pride in the work we do. For us, this is more than just a business. It is something we stand behind as a family
We are licensed as both a general contractor and a concrete contractor, and we work with homeowners and developers throughout Northern California. Our main focus is stamped concrete, flatwork, carpentry, and foundations, with an emphasis on clean work and long lasting results.
We believe the quality of a project starts long before the concrete is poured. A lot of our focus goes into proper preparation, including base work, compaction, reinforcement, and layout. We take the time to do things right because we know that is what makes the difference years down the line.
Over the years, we have seen a lot of common issues in this industry, from inconsistent concrete thickness to poor planning and lack of attention to detail. We do not ignore those problems. We fix them and we plan ahead. When possible, we help our clients think long term by including things like proper drainage, access for future utilities, and making sure new work ties in correctly with what is already there.
